We are looking for…

Zebra BI is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to work with the largest global enterprises, who are evaluating, or use Zebra BI products and services. The EAM will act as a client advocate and work with the Zebra BI internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. The EAM will handle sales, collect and analyze data, and assist in improving the overall customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

You'll help the team hit our ambitious revenue and growth targets by:

  • Communicating with clients through email, phone or web/video communications to understand their needs, explain product value and close deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Managing accounts and resources, including negotiating contracts and agreements within the context of company policy to maximize profit.
  • Responding to customers in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Assisting customers with RFIs and RFPs, quotes and purchase orders.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about enterprise customers behavior and needs.
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
  • Using and constantly updating the CRM and other internal systems.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Maintaining close, positive working relationships with co-workers.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
  • Being proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and preparedness to takeon additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in business, sales, economics, communications or related field
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is essential
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in sales or account management
  • Additional education in business, sales, economics, communications or related fields
  • Experience with IT sales
  • Understanding of the IT industry
  • Good negotiation skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations at senior level
  • Excellent project, time and customer management skills
