We're looking for a communicative, driven and committed Enterprise Account Manager to join the Zebra BI Sales team. You will be part of a young and motivated sales team that is strongly focused on putting the clients’ needs first and is at the same time spreading the word about our powerful data visualization tools.

Overall, your role will focus on helping the Zebra BI team to drive better sales performance by reaching new clients and expanding the existing customer relationships.

At Zebra BI we build powerful tools that help the world's top companies visualize their data in Excel and Power BI to get insights into how well their business is doing. Since our launch in 2014, more than 2,000 companies powered their decisions with Zebra BI visuals, among them Philips, Uber, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Duracell, and many others. Apparently, our visuals are so powerful, even Microsoft uses them for internal reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Experience with SaaS sales or IT sales
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in business, sales, economics, communications, or related field
  • A good level of numeracy
  • Skillful in solution or consultative selling of IT products and services
  • Advanced listening and negotiation skills
  • Experience in communicating with global enterprises
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Basic understanding of business intelligence, reporting, and data/analytics
  • Understanding the needs of the business customers
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is essential
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to roll-up sleeves and first handle the administration tasks, and then lead a demo presentation later in the same day
  • Comfortable with managing multiple accounts/opportunities
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and good project, time, and management skills

Nice to have’s

  • Solid negotiation skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations
  • Master’s degree in business, sales, economics, communications, or related fields
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or any other CRM tools

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients through email, phone, or web/video communications to understand their needs, explain product value and close deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Managing several sales accounts and resources, including negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Overseeing the whole sales cycle for your assigned customers
  • Responding to customers in an appropriate and timely manner and ensuring that all clients’ needs are met quickly and professionally
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Assisting customers with quotes and purchase orders
  • Cross-team collaboration with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about enterprise customers behavior and needs
  • Review sales numbers for your assigned accounts, identifying areas in need of improvement, speaking with sr. sales representatives to confirm issues, and working together to create a solution, and developing new strategies to improve sales numbers
  • Collect customers' feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including the company's products
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Maintaining close, positive working relationships with co-workers.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
  • Being proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and preparedness to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
  • Take part in planned training programs and aid sales representatives in developing the sales techniques, skills, and knowledge necessary for success
