Conversion optimization Specialist (B2B SaaS) - contract

We are actively seeking a Conversion Optimization Specialist, remote and on a contract basis, who specializes in B2B SaaS platforms and possesses exceptional copywriting skills. This role is perfect for someone who can blend the art of persuasive writing with the science of analytics to drive significant improvements in conversion rates.  

The ideal candidate should be writing clear and persuasive copy that connects well with our audience, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize the impact of every word on the page. Your primary focus will be to improve our landing pages, CTAs, and overall user experience, aiming to turn more visitors into dedicated customers. 

Key responsibilities

  • Craft powerful, persuasive copy specifically tailored to improve conversion rates on landing pages, CTAs, and throughout the user journey
  • Utilize best practices in copywriting to effectively communicate value propositions and drive user action 
  • Apply an analytical approach to identify conversion pain points and opportunities across the website 
  • Implement and refine strategies using A/B testing and user feedback to enhance overall conversion rates 
  • Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and interpret data to inform copywriting and conversion strategies 
  • Provide regular reports on conversion metrics, using insights to guide future copy and UX design adjustments 
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams for cohesive strategy execution 
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks based on impact on conversion rates 
  • Keep up with B2B SaaS and conversion optimization trends 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Conversion optimization experience, particularly in B2B SaaS. (References) 
  • Copywriting skills with a portfolio that demonstrates conversion-focused content 
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in analytics and A/B testing tools 
  • Solid understanding of user journey mapping and UX principles 
  • Capability to handle multiple projects and websites with effective organizational skills
