Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction 
  • Work on expanding Partner network and adding new Partners 
  • Provide training and support to partners on the company's products, services, and value proposition. 
  • Enable partners to effectively market, sell, and support the company's solutions. 
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop joint sales strategies and go-to-market plans with partners. 
  • Assist partners in navigating sales cycles and closing deals, providing necessary resources and materials. 
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs. 
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape. 
  • Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts. 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop co-marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Gather feedback from partners and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.  


  • Attention to partner details for high satisfaction. 
  • Problem-solving in expanding partner networks. 
  • Organizational skills in comprehensive partner training. 
  • Communication and teamwork in developing joint sales strategies. 
  • Leadership in monitoring partner performance for continuous improvement. 
  • Fluent in English for effective communication with partners.
