We're looking for a revenue-driven Partner Sales Manager to cover the Central region in EMEA - based anywhere in Germany. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive partner-influenced revenue through your patch of partners.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable partners in your territory.
- Enable partners to effectively market, sell, implement, and support Zebra BI solutions.
- Be the CEO of your territory and build a solid business plan to reach your set target.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring your and their success.
- Support partners in navigating sales cycles and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint sales strategies, marketing plans, enablement sessions, etc.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
- Execute on the 30/60/90 day plan.
Requirements:
- EU citizenship.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Experience working for a fast-paced B2B SaaS business.
- Organized way of working and maintaining the necessary internal systems.
- Be able to travel for on-site meetings with partners, events, and internal activities.
- Documented success driving sales through a partner-driven ecosystem.
- Strong relationship builder, initiator, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Enjoy a fast-paced working environment and a growing team.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Experience working with Hubspot, Slack, Gong, and Microsoft solutions.
- Additional languages.
