Key responsibilities

  • Working directly with Sales to provide accurate and timely sales analytics; 
  • Maintaining and preparing sales reports and dashboards; 
  • Identifying issues and perform detailed root cause analysis; 
  • Managing improvement processes related to billing controls, quality and efficiency, and automation opportunities; 
  • Managing customers contracts; 
  • Managing the process of ensuring accurate and timely billing and invoice processing as well as invoice voids, cancellations and refunds; 
  • Managing the process of accurately tracking and applying customer remittances; 
  • Managing customer inquiries related to sales and finance areas; 
  • Managing customer quotes and customer POs; 
  • Managing detailed deferred revenue schedules and reconciliation; 
  • Cooperating with accounting with revenue month-end and year-end close.

Requirements

  • Attention to details; 
  • Experience with billing systems; 
  • Problem solving skills 
  • Organizational skills; 
  • Communication skills; 
  • Fluent in English. 

Nice-to-have: 

  • Experience with ChargeBee and Hubspot 
  • Experience with SaaS
