Zebra BI is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of the business intelligence and data visualization sector. They will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, expanding our customer base, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the organization.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Build and manage an efficient sales pipeline from both marketing-generated (inbound) and self-generated (outbound) prospective opportunities
- Streamline an end-to-end sales process from lead to upsell
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales strategies, measure performance, and optimize processes,
- Own and manage SaaS performance metrics (e.g. AARRR framework), including MRR/ARR, NRR, Churn, ARPC/ARPU, Trial-to-paid, etc.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and success
- Expand the ARR of your customers (upsell and cross sell targets)
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance sales efforts
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, high product adoption levels, and loyalty
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive intelligence, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge
- Ensure ethical and compliant business practices within the sales organization.
- This role requires experience facilitating and closing sales of SaaS solutions of $200k+ ARR
- Experience in the SaaS/Data industry with Enterprise/Mid-Market customers
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced growth or entrepreneurial environment
- Process management experience
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership, ideally in the business intelligence or data visualization industry
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market trends and challenges
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop sales talent
- Results-driven with a commitment to meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term growth
- Global sales experience (if applicable)
