Who gets what
Three different things go out after you pay, and they do not always go to the same person.
Account holder
Manages the subscription: payment details, renewal, cancellation.
Billing
Receives the invoice. Usually finance.
Shipping
Receives the license and the member portal login. The person who will actually use Zebra BI.
Secure payment
Your card details go straight to Stripe, our payment provider, and never touch Zebra BI’s systems. Payments are processed in a PCI DSS validated environment.
