New Zebra AI Features Are Out [February 2025 Updates]

Spring is in the air (well, almost), but we haven’t been slacking off. On the contrary, our team has been working hard on new Zebra AI features designed to save you hours every week.

Here’s what’s new this February: 

Switch between Month to Date & Year to Date View in Seconds 

The MTD/YTD switcher in Zebra AI is a powerful new feature designed to simplify time-based data analysis.  

With just a click, you can now switch between Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-Date (YTD) views across your entire dashboard, saving time and effort. 

When enabled, this feature dynamically adjusts all relevant charts based on the selected time range. Even AI-generated insights update instantly once filters are applied, eliminating the need for manual calculations or complex DAX formulae.  

The switcher is automatically available whenever temporal data (such as a date-time column) is detected, making it easy to track both short-term and long-term trends (which, as you know, can be  especially helpful at the beginning of the year when you may not yet have access to full datasets.) 

No more fussing around with technicalities, just get the view you need, when you need it, so you can focus on what matters: data analysis that paints a story.

Zebra AI introduces dynamic PowerPoint export, allowing seamless integration of advanced Zebra BI Charts directly into your presentations. Unlike static screenshots, this feature helps you ensure each visual remains dynamic and customizable within PowerPoint.
