Customer Success Manager (German speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio (~400 accounts) to ensure strong retention and customer satisfaction 
  • Monitor account health and proactively address potential churn risks 
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to coordinate renewals, expansions and cross-sell opportunities 
  • Own the full renewal process through scalable approaches 
  • Design and implement automated email sequences and renewal workflows 
  • Develop scalable processes for onboarding, adoption and engagement across accounts 
  • Work closely with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights 
  • Maintain and report on key metrics, including GRR, engagement and adoption rates 
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers on Zebra BI solutions 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and strong proficiency in English 
  • Based in the EU with eligibility to work remotely 
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Retention/Growth roles managing high-volume portfolios 
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, particularly GRR and account expansion strategies 
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong collaboration mindset 
  • Data driven mindset with ability to analyse, interpret and act on customer usage and feedback 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS scale up environment with autonomy and accountability 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Hubspot, Slack, Gong and Microsoft solutions  
  • Familiar with the SPICED sales methodology 
  • Additional languages
