We are now hiring an Account Executive who will play a key role in driving revenue growth by expanding relationships within a defined set of accounts and developing new business opportunities. This role is fully remote within the EU with occasional travel for meetings with customers, the team and external events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying target companies, personas and messages for outbound prospecting 
  • Prospect within target accounts to generate new opportunities and build strong pipelines 
  • Managing the assigned patch of customers, proactively identifying and closing new upsell and cross sell opportunities 
  • Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns and solution partners and convert them into long term customers 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders as Customer Success, BDRs, Partners and Marketing 
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales on demos, solution design and POC activities 
  • Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals 
  • Accurately forecast and report on sales activities, pipeline and revenue 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and strong proficiency in English 
  • Based in the EU with eligibility to work remotely 
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales 
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a new business or expansion sales role 
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality – persistent, proactive and driven to win 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills 
  • Strong collaboration mindset 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS scale up environment with autonomy and accountability 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events or team gatherings 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with the Microsoft partner ecosystem  
  • Experience working with Hubspot, Slack, Gong and Microsoft solutions  
  • Familiar with the SPICED sales methodology 
  • Additional languages
