The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Low-Touch Renewals Automation Specialist to join our team (remote position, EU-based). In this role, you'll manage the complete renewal lifecycle for our high-volume territory accounts (1,500+) through scalable, low-touch strategies. You'll leverage automation and AI tools to optimize processes while identifying strategic growth opportunities within our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Low-Touch Renewal Management (50%)
- Own the full renewal process for low-touch accounts through scalable approaches.
- Design and implement automated email sequences and renewal workflows.
- Implement and execute pricing migration strategies from legacy plans to the new pricing structure.
- Achieve >90% renewal rate quarterly through well-timed automated engagement.
- Maintain churn rate on target annually by using data analytics to identify at-risk accounts early.
- Ensure that 95% of renewals are completed before the expiration date.
Revenue Optimization through Scalable Approaches (20%)
- Generate 10-15% expansion revenue from existing accounts through automated upsell campaigns.
- Support account marketing campaigns to drive additional value.
- Develop scalable solutions for handling common objections.
- Build systematic approaches to document implementation details, map key stakeholders, and maintain established follow-up cadences.
Automation & CRM Excellence (30%)
- Maintain high data quality in HubSpot.
- Develop and optimize automation workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Explore and implement AI solutions to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Resolve >90% of Sales Tickets within 1 day (subscription management, renewals, upsells, vendor forms).
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours through templated and automated solutions.
- Follow up with NPS Detractors and Promoters through appropriate automated sequences.
- Take complete ownership of the customer journey from ticket creation through renewal, invoice delivery, and license activation.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Experience with high-volume, low-touch customer management strategies.
- Experience with subscription-based business models and renewal processes.
- Attention to detail.
