The role
We are now hiring a Sales Operations Representative who will play a key role in supporting our revenue teams. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and finance, ensuring our go-to-market engine runs efficiently and scales smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales, Account Development, and Customer Success teams with day-to-day sales operations
- Maintain and optimize CRM data quality, pipelines, and deal stages
- Maintain and own shared sales inboxes, ensuring timely responses and proper routing
- Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and performance tracking
- Support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI monitoring
- Manage, document, and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, and playbooks
- Support pricing, quoting, renewals, and contract workflows
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements and automation
- Support the implementation and optimization of sales tools and the tech stack to streamline and scale sales processes
Requirements
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Chargebee, Jira or any other relevant tools
- Experience with Power BI or other BI / analytics tools
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, GRR)
- Experience with sales forecasting and revenue planning
- Familiarity with automation tools and CRM workflows
- Experience with selling and time-to-time conducting calls with clients
