We’re looking for a bold and visionary VP of Growth to lead the charge in launching and scaling Zebra AI. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of the go-to-market (GTM) motion—from pre-product-market fit experimentation to scaling revenue and building a world-class growth engine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full GTM lifecycle for Zebra AI - from strategy through execution - across marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success.
- Define and test value propositions, messaging, and positioning based on market research and user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap priorities that drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve rapid early-stage traction and long-term sustainable revenue.
- Identify and scale the most effective customer acquisition channels (organic, paid, product-led, community-driven, etc.).
- Build and optimize the full growth funnel - from awareness and onboarding to monetization and expansion.
- Lead continuous experimentation to reach and validate product-market fit.
- Set up systems to measure key growth and usage metrics (activation rates, retention, LTV, CAC, NPS, etc.).
- Integrate user insights and behavioral data to drive growth-focused product improvements.
- Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to prioritize features, shape the user experience, and lead the journey to product-market fit.
- Build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional growth team (growth marketing, revops, sales/growth engineering).
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to align growth goals with company strategy.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and customer obsession.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS with proven experience scaling early-stage products; ideally in a VP or Head of Growth role.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success launching new products and scaling GTM from 0 to $10M+ ARR.
- Strategic & Hands-on: You blend vision-setting with tactical excellence and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to drive results.
- Builder’s Mindset: You love taking products from zero to one—and beyond—with scrappiness and speed.
- Analytical & Customer-Obsessed: Strong grasp of growth analytics, experimentation, and user behavior.
- Collaborative Leader: You inspire cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Exec teams.
- AI-Savvy: Familiarity with AI/ML products or go-to-market strategies in AI-driven SaaS is a strong plus.
