Key Responsibilities:
- Drive High-Value Sales: Manage and exceed individual revenue targets, focusing on enterprise accounts with a strong emphasis on closing deals.
- Strategically Target Accounts: Develop and execute a sales plan to identify, engage, and grow key enterprise clients, aligning with Zebra BI’s revenue goals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Account Development, Customer Success, Partner Sales, and BDRs to deliver seamless solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Engage with VP-Level Stakeholders: Lead high-value discussions, build trust, and foster long-term relationships with decision-makers to accelerate deal cycles.
- Master Complex Sales Cycles: Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes with a strategic approach to overcoming challenges and driving results.
- Optimize Performance: Monitor your sales metrics, analyze trends, and continuously refine your strategy to improve efficiency and close rates.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and German.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in the software or technology industry, preferably with business intelligence or data visualization products.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.
- Experience working for a fast-paced B2B SaaS business.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Nice to have:
- In-depth knowledge of business intelligence, data analytics, and visualization solutions.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in the BI industry Experience working with Hubspot, Slack, Gong, and Microsoft solutions.
