Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Zebra BI’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Manage and support networks, servers, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively implement improvements to optimize IT operations.
• Oversee IT security measures, including access control, backup solutions, and endpoint protection.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs by implementing IT solutions and ensuring system compatibility.
• Create, maintain, and enhance IT policies, procedures, and documentation to align with industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees, ensuring smooth daily operations and minimizing downtime.
• Stay updated with emerging IT trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvements in infrastructure and security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Azure) are a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT system administration, network management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS operating systems, and cloud services (Azure, M365).
• Proven experience with backups and disaster recovery procedures for cloud environments.
• Experience managing cloud-only domains on Azure Entra ID and fully remote environments.
• Experience with managing network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users effectively.
• The proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
