People Development Associate 

We’re looking for a People Development Associate to join our People Team and help us create an environment where people can perform, develop and grow. 

This is a hands-on role combining Performance & Development, Culture & Engagement, Employer Branding, Onboarding and Talent Acquisition. You’ll work closely with managers, employees and the People Team to turn our People practices into a great day-to-day experience. 

What you'll do

• Coordinate and support performance review, feedback and development processes, including communication, follow-up and manager support.  
• Support learning and development initiatives and help translate development needs into practical actions.  
• Contribute to culture and engagement initiatives, employee listening and follow-up activities.  
• Support and strengthen our employer brand, helping us communicate Zebra BI’s culture and employee experience internally and externally.  
• Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding, helping new team members get a structured and successful start.  
• Coordinate recruitment processes for selected roles – from sourcing and screening to competency-based interviews, candidate communication and closing.  
• Partner with managers across People topics and build strong relationships across the organization.  
• Use People data, digital tools and AI to improve processes, employee experience and the way we work.  

What we're looking for 

• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR, People & Culture, talent development, recruitment or a similar people-focused role.  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.  
• A structured, proactive and reliable approach to work.  
• Ability to independently coordinate People processes and work with different stakeholders.  
• Curiosity, ownership and a strong learning mindset.  
• Genuine interest in people development, culture and employer branding.  
• Interest in using data, digital tools and AI to make People practices better.  
• Very good English and Slovenian.   

You don’t need to be an expert in every People area. We’re looking for someone who learns quickly, takes ownership and wants to grow into broader People responsibilities over time.
