Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the data visualization market and current industry trends to anticipate customer needs and offer strategic guidance.
  • Mentor customers on how to leverage Zebra BI to achieve actionable reporting transformation, collaboration, and productivity improvements.
  • Track and analyze customer engagement metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement and ensure product adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams (BI team, support, marketing, product development).
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights that shape future product roadmap decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional communication to drive customer needs and growth initiatives.
  • Manage a customer portfolio, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle from implementation to renewal.
  • Achieve a CS revenue quota through strategic and operational upsell and cross-sell opportunities that drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Effectively interact with a broad range of stakeholders (C-Suite, executives, business owners, technical teams, and end-users).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a CSM at a B2B SaaS company and/or consulting experience focused on enterprise customers.
  • Fluency in English and German language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • This is a demanding role that requires strong leadership, committed priority management, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Confidence at presenting to a large audience and c-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Nice-to-have:

  • Light technical experience in Data Analytics, BI solutions, Data vizualisation is a plus.
  • Experience in working at high paced, changing enviroment of a scale-up company.
  • Understanding of enterprise software deployment and adoption best practices.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM and data analysis tools (we use HubSpot, Gong, Excel, etc.).
