Is the example in the webinar possible using a free version of Zebra BI for Office?

Full functionality is unlocked for personal use the only limitation being a limitation on the number of comments that you can link to the data - max = 3.

Are all features already available to use on Excel, or do we need to install something additional to the normal Office?

The 2 Zebra BI add-ins: Zebra BI Tables for Office and Zebra BI Charts for Office are available in the Microsoft AppSource and you can add them to your Excel/PowerPoint with a few clicks.

Is there a way to customize colors in Zebra Charts / visuals?

Yes you can customize the colors (you have some pre-defined styles) but you can also assign your custom colors.

Do the readers (managers) of reports have also install add-ins? Or only creator?

That depends on whether they want to only see the charts and tables (installation not required) or make changes (installation required).
